in 3 City Hostel Gdańsk:

INDIVIDUAL BOOKINGS:

The individual bookings can be CANCELLED or CHANGED in 48 hours advance and CONFIRMED BY THE RECEPTION DESK! If cancelled after 72h – 100% penalty applies for first night. All guaranteed non-arrivals will be charged with the cost of whole stay.

To CANCEL or CHANGE your booking please send us email at info@3city-hostel.pl with the name of the person who made reservation, date of arrival, date of departure and reference number of your booking with exact specification that either you want to CANCEL the booking or CHANGE the details in the booking.

BOOKINGS done for the VISA purpose: Once the booking is made and the money are transfered to our account/or the charge from the credit card is done – we can’t refund ANY money even if the guest didn’t managed to get the VISA for his stay in Poland.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

The group bookings can be CANCELLED or CHANGED in 21 days advance and CONFIRMED BY THE RECEPTION DESK! If cancelled after 21 days – 100% penalty applies for first night. All guaranteed non-arrivals will be charged with the cost of whole stay.
